The aircraft
Most Bahamas flights go out on our Piper Navajo Chieftain — a cabin-class piston twin built for exactly this kind of flying. It carries up to six passengers and their luggage, handles the shorter island runways commercial jets can’t, and keeps the trip economical on a route where a heavy jet is more airplane than you need. When the plan calls for a longer leg or a larger group, our Cessna Citation is available. Either way, it’s your aircraft for the day.

- Nassau (NAS) — New Providence, Paradise Island, and the busiest arrival in the Bahamas.
- North Eleuthera (ELH) — your door to Harbour Island and Spanish Wells.
- Bimini (BIM) — the closest Bahamian island to the U.S. mainland, a short hop from Miami.
And the list doesn’t stop there. We fly to any Bahamian island with an airport — Treasure Cay, Governor’s Harbour, all the way down to Staniel Cay in the Exumas. If your island isn’t named here, ask: if it has a runway, we can usually build the trip.
Customs and entry — handled
Flying private to the Bahamas is simpler than most people expect, and we take care of the coordination. Every passenger needs a valid passport. On arrival you’ll clear at a Bahamian airport of entry — Marsh Harbour, Nassau, North Eleuthera, and Bimini all are — and complete the standard Bahamas immigration and customs card. Coming home, we file the required U.S. Customs and Border Protection notice in advance so your re-entry is quick. You bring the passports; we handle the flight plan, the entry paperwork, and the timing.
