Effective October 17, 2026
Coastal Connections Aircraft Charter (“Coastal Connections”, “we”, “us”) operates flycoastal.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain English.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you request a quote, use the contact form, call us, or email us, we receive what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, departure and destination, passenger count, and anything else you include in your message.
- Newsletter sign-up. If you subscribe, we keep your email address so we can send you news and empty-leg flights.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers record standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of each visit. We use this to keep the site secure and working.
We do not run advertising pixels or sell visitor data. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare a charter quote.
- To plan and operate a flight you book with us, including the passenger and customs paperwork a flight requires.
- To send the newsletter you subscribed to. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the website secure and to understand which pages are useful.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run the business, and only what they need:
- Charter quote and booking requests are handled through JetInsight, the flight-operations software we use to quote and schedule flights.
- Contact-form and newsletter messages. Contact-form submissions are saved in our website’s database and emailed to us through Resend, a transactional email service. Newsletter sign-ups are saved in our website’s database, and newsletter emails are sent through the same service.
- Website hosting, security, and maps. Our hosting provider (which also adds a performance-monitoring script to every page), our website security and content-delivery provider, and Google (for the embedded map on our contact page) may process technical data such as your IP address when the site loads. Our web fonts are hosted on our own server, not loaded from Google.
- Government and airport authorities when a flight requires it, for example passenger manifests and customs declarations for international trips.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our passengers, crew, and aircraft.
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Quote and booking records are kept as long as needed to operate the flight and meet aviation record-keeping and tax requirements. Contact-form messages and newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask us to delete them or you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@flycoastal.com or call (772) 284-7453. We will respond within 30 days.
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. The site will still work.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and protected by a web application firewall. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
